Centre/SEO marketing manager
Part-time
We are seeking a results-driven Study Centre Manager to lead sales growth and manage all marketing and SEO activities. The role focuses on generating enquiries, converting leads, and increasing centre enrolments through strategic outreach and strong physical and digital performances. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Acquisition •Drive new student enrolments through proactive outreach and sales activities. •Follow up with enquiries, conduct consultations, and convert leads into sign-ups. •Build relationships with parents, schools, and community organisations to generate referrals. •Identify local market opportunities and create targeted campaigns to attract new customers. •Manage CRM and track the full customer journey from enquiry to enrolment. Marketing & SEO Management •Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across the website, social media, and email. •Optimise website and content for local SEO to increase visibility and organic enquiries. •Manage Google Business Profile, online listings, and reputation (reviews and responses). •Produce engaging promotional content (blogs, ads, newsletters, landing pages). •Monitor and report on marketing analytics to improve campaign performance. •Coordinate local advertising, community events, and partnerships to boost brand awareness. Administration & Management Responsibilities (optional) •Maintain accurate student records, enrolment data, and attendance logs. •Manage enquiries, emails, and communication with parents. •Oversee invoicing, payments, and basic financial tracking. •Prepare reports on sales, marketing performance, and student numbers. •Organise schedules for assessments, consultations, and parent meetings. •Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and data-handling requirements. •Maintain centre files, documents, and digital systems in an organised manner. •Coordinate resources, supplies, and centre materials as needed. Requirements: •Strong maths background (should be comfortable delivering some of the maths lessons). •Previous private tutoring centre experience is a must, ideally as a centre assistant/tutor/supervisor. •Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development. •Strong digital marketing and SEO skills. •Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. •Creative, motivated, and target-driven. •Enhanced DBS check required. •You must be age 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK. Requirements: •Strong maths background (minimum A-level; degree preferred). •Previous tutoring or maths teaching experience is desirable. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Patient, reliable, and committed to student development. •DBS check required. •You must be age 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK. Pay and schedule: · £13-£20.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. · Job Type: Part-time, Self-employed. · One or 2 days Monday to Friday (5-7 pm). Sat mornings availability.

Key Responsibilities: •Assist students as they work through maths worksheets and tasks. •Mark work accurately and record progress. •Provide guidance, encouragement, and basic explanations where needed. •Help maintain a calm, organised, and positive study environment. •Support simple admin tasks such as preparing materials and tidying the centre. Requirements: •Strong maths skills (A-Level Maths or studying a maths-related degree). •Previous private tutoring centre experience is a benefit. •Patient, friendly, and confident working with children. •Good communication and attention to detail. •Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
